Refund and Returns Policy

At Zipto mart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with a product, we’re here to help. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  1. Return Eligibility

Perishable Items

(e.g., fresh fruits & vegetables, dairy, frozen food, meat)
• Eligible for return only if spoiled, expired, or damaged at the time of delivery.
• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Image or video evidence is required for verification.

Non-Perishable Items

(e.g., packaged groceries, beverages, cleaning products, personal care items)
• Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
• Must be unused, unopened, and in original condition & packaging.
• Return requests must be supported with image or video proof in case of damage, expired, or wrong items.

  1. How to Request a Return
    • Contact us through the website chat, whatsapp chat or by calling our support.
    • Provide your Order ID and explain the issue.
    • Attach clear photos or videos showing the product issue (damage, expiry, wrong item, etc.).
    • Our team will review and arrange a pickup or guide you to return the item.
  1. Refund Process
    • Once the return is approved and the item is received or verified, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as Zipto mart wallet credit, based on your preference.

Important Notes
• Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
• The product has been used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with.
• Image or video proof is not provided at the time of return request.
